The International Finance Corporation’s Africa Schools Ghana Program

The second Training Programme will covered the topic below:
2) 'Leadership Growth Support' - This course equip school
leaders to effectively assume leadership roles, examine how leadership
experiences and the lessons learned from them can be used to maintain
and generate new growth in schools – the growth of the school, its
staff and students. This training was targeted at School Owners, Board
member, Head Teachers and other key members of staff who perform
managerial duties.
